67 Dash Lights just went out

Are the dash cluster lights voltage coming through the dimmer light switch? I replaced this switch about 6 years ago, and as I recall I had the same symptoms prior to changing this out. Lights just went out. Is there another place on the cluster that I should be checking? I am going to check out the ground(s) and see if one is loose.

    Thanks

    Lawrence

Should had mentioned that. Fuse is good, tail lights work.

Check the rotation of the headlights on/off switch, it may have gotten rotated to off.
The light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.

It could also be a problem with the headlight switch, itself. The rheostat that controls the dimming of the dash lights is probably the most trouble-prone part of the switch.

The little 4 amp fuse had blown. On my fuse block the words "panel lights" is not legible so did not know what that fuse went to and also it was hard to tell it had blown. Still feel silly that I did not pull that fuse and check it.
            Thanks for the replies guys.
