    Member # 14 Doc Mike McCagh

    Last Wednesday, October 17th, Member # 14, Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, the good old Doc underwent open heart surgery and had his aortic valve replaced...he's been under the weather for the past 5 days but today, I received this text from him Tell all our friends that I'm back, can't have my Levi Chew or Milwaukee beast yet, but getting real close...

    I know for sure that he's well on his way to recovery now...and we'll be seeing him post on a regular basis again...

    He told the surgeon that he wanted 10 lbs of bacon from the donor swine and will let everyone know that the pig roast date will be announced!

                      Get well soon Doctor McCagh. I don't know you personally but I really enjoy your sense of humor!!! I can tell you are a bit of a character. I know that you are very generous and a great asset to the NCRS!

                                              Mike,
                                              Just a year and a half ago I got a new aortic valve and 3 bypasses. I highly recommend it.
