So I always lose a point for an Emissions Control Information document. My car was not emissions equipped car like a California car. But either way, what does this document look like and does anyone know where I can pick one up? Also in the judging manual table for documents, some items have a X in the column and some columns are blank. When it has an X does the mean the packet should have that document?

Re: 1976 Owners packet
Rick,
Are you sure ( or I should ask if the judges are sure the emissions pamphlet came in the 76)? I've only seen it with the owner's packet up thru 1974. I don't think it was present after that. I'm not positive but here's what came with the 76.
: Warranty Information on 1976 Chevrolet New Cars
: 1976 Chevrolet passenger car maintenance schedule
: Passenger tire limited warranty
: Freedom Battery warranty
: 1976 Consumer Info Booklet - Corvette
: Aluminum Wheel maintenance schedule sheet (RPO Y J8)
: Owners Manual
: Clear Plastic Envelope
Heres what the 73&74 Emissions Pamphlets look like?
If these were present for 75 & later cars hopefully someone will post up a photo.
I don't have a 76 TIM&JG Rick, but I would think the x means it should be there. Might be time for a 75-77 Revision!Attached FilesJimmy

Re: 1976 Owners packet
That's interesting. I can see why you asked what the X means. It appears under 76 across from warranty info. All the cars had that. But then there are X's all the way across from the Radio Instructions, which stopped with 73. ConfusingMaybe missing part numbers
Maybe someone will chime in with some help. BTW, if you have your 76 AIM check the Miscellaneous Shipping List Page toward the front to see if the Emission Control Booklet is listed. It will have the part number listed too.Jimmy
