    preserving original vinyl hardtop cover ?

    Gentlemen;
    Does anyone have suggestions on preserving an original vinyl hardtop cover ?
    The seams are beginning to lift due to shrinkage.
    Thanks

    Ray, I've had pretty good luck with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Nourishes and protects the vinyl while providing a nice matte sheen. Not much you can do if the seems are actually failing. This might buy you some time.

      There's a thread a few days ago about preserving door panels. Same idea.

      Keep it clean, out of the sun and avoid temperature swings.

            Clean with Meguire's M40 Mirror Glaze Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner + Protect with Aerospace 303. You can get both on Amazon
