    Mystery Clip

OK guys and gals, please don't shame me too badly. I've tried to be thorough in labeling and/or bagging parts as I've removed them from my '69, but this little piece got by me after cleaning/finishing. I believe it came from the left rear area where I've been removing brake and suspension pieces and parts. I would call this a horseshoe clip, but a search for that term in the forum results in hits referring to what I and some others call "U" clips. See photo attached.

Can someone tell me where this belongs? I know where various "U" clips and a couple of "Mickey Mouse" clips go.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Mike, that's the style of clip you typically get with aftermarket rubber brake lines.
