    Eaton Fan Clutch

I removed this fan clutch in June 2000 from my 1967 convert, 327/350hp no PB, no A/C, no PS.

I added some notes in red to be able to read what was die stamped on it.

What exactly is this and what is the date of it? I couldn't find any ink stamp or die stamping for a date.

This is a GM #3916141. It is definitely not original to the car and is a later replacement. The configuration of the silicone fluid reservoirs as well as other features differ from the original clutch.

I don't know what the date code, assuming that's what it is, decodes to. However, as far as you're concerned it's a moot point since, as I say, this clutch cannot be original to the car.
