A/C Compressor Restoration

My 67 A6 compressor is leaking oil and needs to be totally rebuilt. Any one have a recommendation?

Does anyone have any experience with Classic Auto Air or have experience with any other vendor that rebuilds/restores compressors?

I vote for Dom. He did the compressor in my 63. Excellent work. He tears it apart and checks every part and hones or replaces what is needed. Most of the other folks just look at the seals and never see the rust on the inside or deal with it. He did 3 or 4 for our chapter members and they are all still blowing 20+ below ambient.

As already stated, use Dom for this work. Best in the USA still rebuilding these compressors today. The others may or not even open the case.
