Restorer article on knock off center caps

Does anyone remember the Vol/Num for the nice article on restoring the center caps for knock off wheels. Looking for paint sources and color, and paint orientation, as I remember they are different right to left side. TX

Why not check with current suppliers? Wouldn't they be sure that their repros could be used to replace originals? $$$ is $$$.

the paint scheme is red, white and then blue, clockwise, when viewing the caps.mike
