    54 Block Cast#

    I have 54 Corvette VIN ending 02231. The casting # on the block is 3835913. Am I correct that this is a 54 Chevrolet truck block?
    stamp pad is 05I4793F54YG. Thanks in advance for assistance

      I your case you should have a xxxx911 block for a 54'.

          The block is a truck block
          Someone stamped the pad with a Corvette suffix
          It is not a Corvette block - sorry......
          The block should be 3835911
          The head should be           3836241
