LOOK, where I found an origional air cleaner nut??

When working on our old cars, always be observant, Please review attached picture.
I was looking at my battery hold down on my 67 400hp, and noticed instead of the correct nut, someone used an original air cleaner wing nut as the retainer nut.
Well I removed it and will now use it correctly, just saved myself a lot of money on ebay

I found spark plug boots wedged in the motor mounts on my 67 when I pulled the engine a couple of years ago.

That makes a lot of sense to those of us who have changed spark plug wires on a Corvette small block.
