Looking for a source for GM intake gaskets for a 1968 L 36. If not GM then good quality reproduction parts. Also need the same information for original style steel head gaskets. Thanks Rich

GM no longer offers intake gaskets for your application. Of course, you could look for NOS. However, Paragon offers reproduction gasket sets of the original, "embossed" type. The only thing they lack is the tiny, embossed "GM" on the end seals.

Otherwise, there are many aftermarket gasket sets on the market from the major manufacturers. However, these are all of a different type than the originals.. Of course, you need the large oval port type gaskets

I have bought 2 sets off ebay in the past year.
Last set I found was for $30.00.
