I would definitely open a claim with pay pal. Once you do that they will give her a week to respond and if she doesn't they will step in . I've done it a couple of times when getting mis-represented parts and they always came through.

I bought this one almost a year ago, never thought to measure it. It looked like the real deal. I will try , she has not returned multiple emails/calls. She might be in the league with Goat hill! Ronnie
