Donald Stoltman died on July 27, 2018 at age 91. Don Stoltman was a key engineer during the 1956 development of the Rochester Products Fuel Injection (Mechanical FI). Photos and mentions of his efforts at RPD are in various pages of Ken Kayser's "Volume III - The History Of Zora's " Ramjet" Fuel Injection.

"Donald Stoltman graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic and received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell. While working at General Motors, he received 78 patents, and invented the Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor. In 1985 he was awarded the Rochester Inventor of the Year."
