1959 Blower Motor

My 1959 blower motor does not spin. Can this part be taken off and rebuilt? Thank you for any help.

Jeff, try using some 3n1 oil, remove the blower cage, and the other end is sealed but if you drill a small 1/16 hole on the tip of motor the will let you get some oil on the end of motor- this end I has a bronze bushing the other end is a bearing(cage end). if all works seal the end with JB weld.

Yes these can be rebuilt, take it apart and clean and lightly sand parts and see if this helps.

Terry, I was able to take the motor apart and clean and lube it. the motor works fine. thank you for your help
