67 Windshield Washer Wiring

Hi, most everything in my 67 survivor works except the windshield washer, one reason is the wiring. Looking down right below the water bag there is a cream colored box with two holes attached, and one cut wire. Below the creamed color box is a metal box with a small yellow bulb on top and two cut wires. Need to know where I can find a picture of this configuration and where I can find the parts. Thanks in advance for the help. T

Pictures of what you're describing would be a big help. It doesn't sound factory from your description.
