1969 Front Fender Louver Trim (TJ2) Paint

I would like to repaint the silver in my fender louvers. Has anyone done this ? If so what paint did you use?

Bob,
I painted the original louvers on my '69 some 20 years ago and they still look great. I used the "common" version of Argent Silver paint available as wheel paint from any of the Corvette vendors. I say the "common" version since almost none of them has the green tint that was actually in the original wheel paint on early C3's. I painted one louver before preparing the others for paint so I could compare the shade of silver. I couldn't tell the difference (and neither did the judges at chapter, regional and national events).
