Wittek 1 1/6" Tower Clamps

Will the 1 1/16" tower clamp work for both 5/8 and 3/4" heater hose. The size sounds correct but doesn't look right that it would fit the 3/4" hose. Thanks.

If by "work" you mean prevent leaks; the answer is "maybe" depending on the wall thickness of the heater hose you are using.

If by "work" you mean pass judging; the answer is no.

Ah! The 1 3/16" is used on the 3/4" heater hose. The 1 1/16" is used on the 5/8" hose. It pays to read the Guide.

Please also note the configuration (besides size) differences on the clamps. 1 1/16 claps are dated and 1 3/16 is stamped DCM. I haven't looked at the TIM&JG ina while, but I believe it explains the meaning of DCM and the finish. If necessary I will check my memory, but family Holiday events are upon me now.
