2018 Great Race features Texas Chapter Members

This past Saturday under cloudy threatening skies Texas Chapter members Pat and Dan Martin began their rookie year driving their Silver Pearl on silver interior L79 with 3:55 gear '65 coupe in the Great Race. The race began at the Pierce Arrow Museum near downtown Buffalo NY. You can see them as they approach the starting line and the races progress at the link below.

Susie and I were in Fairport to welcome the racers in town. Sorry didn’t get to see Pat and Dan but did view their Silver ‘65 with silver interior on display along with over 100 others. Sharp silver/silver combination. You don’t see that color combination very often.

The weather held off while we were there. Lots of cool cars and friends.
