54 sawtooth latches
My 54 convertible top rear bow sawtooth latches do not hold well. Is this an alignment problem. The latches appear to be in good shape.

if the latches have been rechromed or the footballs have been rechromed - they dont hold well and will pop loose
take a file and sharpen the teeth
