What is this engine pad suffix

Non-corvette question. I’m trying to identify an engine. I believe it is a 1983 vintage 350. The casting number is 14010207 with an 83 casting date.

I have not been able to decode the assembly suffix. The assembly stamp is V0808FRH

Anyone know what the FRH was?

The GM #14010207 casting block was a 350 cid block used across most Chevrolet passenger car and truck models, including Corvette, and GMC trucks in the 1980-85 period. I can't find a reference for the "FRH" suffix code but I believe it was a truck engine, possibly from a GMC truck.
