Is Seat Belt City still in business? Can't find on internet search. Need to have 66 Nassau Blue buckles repainted and belts corrected if necessary.

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
Thank you for the info. I will call him today. Last location I saw from old posts was Jupiter FL. Was going to drop off belts but if is in NJ will need to send in ):
I have had to send in my radio for repair to Doc Don so I had to take apart the console/speaker area to get to the radio. My interior is white/blue. I found a darker blue underneath the speaker grill. The console is also a different blue. Hard to find what parts are what color and what actual color formula is correct. I have searched the archives and haven't found an answer. Any ideas for a source?- Top

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
Oops. Looking for color location summary on the interior parts and any paint numbers that might help. Saw an old post from a NCRS Judge for that information on a black interior. Probably should start a new thread question?- Top

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
I purchased my seat-belts from Charlie.
I could not have been happier.
The turn around time was more than reasonable.
Charlie's work is top notch.

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
I just spoke to Charlie on Friday. He's a good friend and super knowledgable. You will not find higher quality seat belt work anywhere. He's done a couple sets for me along with various other stuff too.
Best,

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
Thanks for the response. I did talk to him and, since the belts were redone in 1990 and look to have the correct labels, we felt the belts may be correct. I wanted the belt latch repainted to the correct early 1966 color. Mine have faded to a turquoise color and have a few small chips. He does not repaint the mid blue color only the Nassau blue color. I am looking for a video or discussion thread that explains how to take the buckle apart and put it back together. I am concerned about the large spring inside being under pressure.- Top

Re: Trying to locate Seat Belt City
Charlie has done several seat belts for my 63's over the years. He recently did a set for my driver quality 63 and once again, he did a great job at a fair price. He is my main source for seat belts!- Top
