C1 horn rebuild
I'm working on a '59 and have one inop horn (#351 low note) and am searching for horn rebuild parts or a kit. Dr. Rebuild no longer has them. Anyone know of a source for these? Thanks in advance for any input...

It is my understanding that GM went to a smaller horn in 1964.

They do no include diaphragms, which are often rusty and cracked.
Some salvage diaphragms from other GM horns, of the same vintage, but not Corvette.

yes- joe perri is a good choice. he did both sides on my 59. with those funky rivits and trying to get the tone correct, it is not a do-it-yourself rebuild.Comment
