You might start by calling the NCRS NY Chapter contact from Driveline/Restorer and go from there. He/she might have a few leads.

If all fails, I would call Pancho Thompson (provette67 on CF) and ask him. He is one of the best and travels across the US to do C2 inspections. Now that summer is here, a trip to NH might not be so bad. He lives in Ohio.

Chuck Berge is another name you could try. He lives in Virginia, but might travel to NH. He does car inspections for many others as a business/hobby. He advertises in Driveline and Hemmings.
