According to page 96 of the latest JM:

Factory installed fuel pumps were manufactured by AC and were attached to the block with two cadmium or zinc plated recessed hex-head bolts with 7/16" heads and integral lock washers.

Here is a picture from the top. Not much room with the a/c in the way. Looks like a good bolt and washer. The judging sheet noted "washers on f/p bolts". No deducts, so it must mean okay. In looking at this photo, is that a crack in the exhaust manifold?
