Pic of CZU in Grease Pencil on Engine

Does anyone have a picture of the CZU in grease pencil on the side of the block under the paint? Preferably on a 1970, but I will take anything I can get. I am getting ready to paint my engine and would like to replicate the CZU on the engine under the paint.

    Thanks,
    Allen

Above picture is inverted, but it won't let me amend my previous post, so I will tag it on here.

Allen - The suffix code was usually written upside down on the side of the block with a yellow grease pencil. It was painted with only one very light color of orange paint where you can still see the suffix code and showing through on the side of the block and it was painted with only one very light coat of orange paint where you can still see the suffix code showing through on the side of the block. For those who care, the grease pencil was supplied to General Motors from a company called Duramark. - Ron

          Mike and Ron,

Thank you very much for the responses.

          Mike,

About how tall do the letters measure?

          Thanks,
          Allen

            Allen,

There was no dedicated or specific size of the characters. And assembly line worker just wrote it on the side of the engine block. The best way to do that is to put yourself in the mindset of a production worker just to do his or her job and not trying to be an artist. - Ron

              Ron

Good advise, so many people try to make their letters/numerals look perfect and it doesn't look natural. It's usually too heavy and stiff, take Ron's advise and let it RIP.
