More 1995 LT1 questions yeah, reading tech manual at the pool

My floor mats are correct, patent and number, I have never had a metal "hook' in the floor board carpet. Can someone post a picture of what the mat round hole hooks into....and if the hook is available gm or aftermarket that passes inspection? Also I have the remnants of an old approx 4x4 sticker under the two factory sticker with vin and tire on the driver door jamb. I don't think I am missing anything, but want to double check before I remove the remaining remnants of the unknown sticker (I have the vin, tire and UAW round sticker) . Is the owners delivery system and misc items delivered in parts bag 10167599 needed..I think no due to dealer delivery. Are key knock out better left in key head or removed? I have one of each. Also to keep from posting multiple threads the black tag U.S.A plate, did that come from Bowling Green on LT1 or just LT5? I have one somewhere, and is the tag held on with torx head screws? Should the USA plate be installed for judging? I also see multiple examples of correct drier for A/C , is the dryer exactly round or slightly diagonal sides? I have correct Harrison dated dryer buy may be a replacement. Also I had an NEW 95 LT5 than came with a PCM label reman FYI.

Yes, the USA 1 tag is held in place with Torx head screws. The USA 1 tag came on the base model cars. It's my understanding that they were installed at Bowling Green. They were on the cars when they were transported to the dealers. They are not judged because the manual does not include it. When the manual is updated, I'm sure it will be judged then. I do install mine for judging, because that's the way the car was shipped, but it's not required.
