    Correct 64 frame stencil number?

I ordered a frame stencil for my 64 roadster (mid-March build) from Quanta and received one with the part number 3819263. The judging guide (6th edition) states - "1963 frames are part number 3819263, while 1964s are 3843361 up to approximately late April 1964 when the part number 3864676 came into use through the end of production". I called Quanta back and asked them to send the correct stencil and was told that the number - according to the judging guide - 3843361, does not exist in there VIN translation database and the correct number for my build is the 3819263. I don't want to take a chance on the wrong Part# and I know judging guides do have discrepancies, so I'm looking for NCRS help/insight on the correct number.

The assembly manual states on page D127 that the frame number changed from 3843361 to part number 3864676 sometime in April. Revision dated 04/22/64. That would eliminate part number 3819263 ever being on a 64. The frame part number 3819263 is totally different from a 64 frame in many ways and would never fit a 64 body. The revision does not happen instant so there would be some lag in the changeover to 3864676.
But there could never be a 64 with the part number 3819263. Just won't fit the body.

I have photos of three 64 frames, (one of which is my car, shown below) each with frame no. 3819263.
The frame dates are in Nov and Dec 63, and my car is late Jan 64.

        Don,

Not trying to get an argument going but a 63 frame SN 263 has different mounts for the body as the 63 is hard mounted and 64 up has large rubber doughnuts between the mounts and the body. It could be done but would require some modifications to the number 2 mounts. Also the emergency brake mounts are much different from 63 to 64. Those that are welded to the frame.
Don't doubt that the numbers could have been used on 64 frames but modifications would have to be made or the wrong stencils were used when they were manufactured.
