    '59 windshield wiper switch knob repair

    The set screw threads are stripped on my '59's plastic windshield wiper knob. Has anyone successfully repaired the threaded hole for the set screw?

      If it happened on my 1960, I would fill the hole with a piece of JB Weld epoxy putty, drill and tap.
