which jack handle would be correct for a 67 the black one or the rusted one

please refer to the TIM&JG page 45 of 7th addition. it MAY have a "O" doesn't have to there were at least 2 different manufacturers and Okla was one of them but produced 75% or more. hole shapes and locations looks ok. However, the rivet should be flat concentric circles which looking at your photos - don't appear to be. hard to see. pictures in the manual are good

Just had my jack handle judged at the 2018 Greenville Regional..... Concentric circles are NOT necessarily on all "correct" handles per the 1967 Judging chair, Nick Culkowski, who reversed the decision in my favor after my original handle was deemed incorrect because it lacked the circles......
