At the build date of your car it could be ether as we were never able to have a firm transition point. If the tubes point both to the drivers side indicate that the hoses were still of the thin wall construction. If they are the fix for unintended wiper or headlight movement was to replace the hoses with a new thicker wall design. This then caused a redesign of the headlight actuators tubes to both point to the right and left fender. Due to hood clearance issues with the thicker hoses.
My first suggestion if there is sufficient hose length cut 1/2' to 3/4" at the wiper door relay control hose or the small hose with white stripe. There could be a leak there during acceleration taking vacuum away causing the door to open and the close.
