    For a 66, is the driveshaft the same length for the 4 speed and automatic

    Check you AIM for differing part numbers. If they are the same numbers then there would be no difference.......

      from the 63 327/250 auto to the 67 L88 they all used the same drive shaft

        GM # 3830618 is the part number listed for the driveshaft on 63-Early 70 Corvettes as per all of my Chev. parts catalogs starting with the 1963 catalog.
        2.00" Dia., 29.90" c/c. 0.095" wall thickness, 31 25/32" O.L.
        The late 70 driveshaft is GM # 3963852, same dimensions except wall thickness is 0.120".
        According to Chevrolet Parts History GM # 3830618 was replaced by GM # 3963852 in Jan. 1970 for parts over the counter.
