Personally, I don't think that any 1968 Corvette was ever originally equipped with a 7 blade fan. I believe that the vast majority, if not all, 1968 Corvettes, C-60 or not, small block or big block, were equipped with a 5 blade fan of GM #3888366. However, IF any 1968 Corvettes were ever equipped with a 7 blade fan it would almost certainly have been a GM #3853943. I highly doubt it, though.

Thanks Joe. New 68/69 Judging Guide references both a 7 blade (typical on a/c cars) and a 5 blade for a/c cars but is not year specific. States a/c cars have been seen with 5 blade fans but different pitch than non a/c cars........
But the part numbers you listed are very helpful.
