Spark plug wires are dated by the Quarter. So Third and Fourth Quarter are appropriate for your car. I have never seen original wires all dated the same quarter; on the other hand, I always see reproduction wires dated the same quarter.

Terry, a little bit confused, i looked up at electric limited and based on the last five digits 36560, it says it should be Q1-69 wires. the 3Q would be for a 1970.

You said the car was built 11/69 -- or at least that is the way I took your first post.

11/69 is the 4th quarter of 1969. The 4th quarter of 1969 would have started 10/69, so wires marked 4Q69 fit your car. So would wires marked 3Q69, which is what I told you.

I can't vouch for what 'Lectric Limited has on their web site, but the Illinois Chapter has a tour of their production facilities toward the end of April and I will make a point of asking them.

BTW: 1970 Corvette production began (based on the date on trim tags) January 5. I suspect that change in start of production is what fools their computer generated production dates. 1969 production ran until December 18 or 19, again based on trim tag date. That is much longer than usual, and again I suspect the reason for their computer being fooled. If 1969 had been a normal production year your Corvette would have been a 1970.

I think there is a learning experience to be had here. I will start with "Don't always believe computers" and leave the rest to folks wiser than me.
