Since I got no response to this question I ordered a kit from Eckler's. for $170. including master cylinder, proportioning valve an brake lines.

There are several threads about dual circuit master cylinders for C1s over on CF. One such thread shows how to adapt a MoPar master cylinder, avoiding that ungainly extension tube found on aftermarket conversion kits.
