You are fighting against a strong lobby and the corn producing states that this is made from. Our government does not care about the small percentage of old car owners that are concerned about the effects of it. Good luck.Comment

Sometimes these average citizen letter writing campaigns do work. The SEMA action network issued an alert for us car people in New Mexico to fight against a state law introduced to require a front license plate on all cars. We all wrote lots of letters to our state reps and Senators, and it was easily defeated. The legislators said they receive the most feedback about a proposed law they had ever seen.
