Embossed "1516" on firewall of 65

My St. Louis made '65 has "1516" embossed on the firewall behind the washer motor. Does anyone know anything about this?

My early 65 AO Smith coupe body has the 1516 number in that same location. Appears to be molded into the fiberglass panel.

I have a 65 in our shop today getting a wiper motor next week. I will look and see if it has anything similar !
