I can not find any reference to this label in the C4 catalogs I have but there is a reference in the C5 catalog. There is no part number listed - just a note: "Available Through Your Divisional Zone Office."

I made a reproduction of this label for our '98.

Sending PM with contact information on vendor at Carlisle last year. They provide Licensed GM V.I.N. decals. Don't know if they also do window stuff.
