Chris, I'm not sure I'm showing you what you're looking for (because in other posts you referred to it as being green), but here's the wheel lock kit bag from my 96.

Pat, this is what I needed!!!! they come in clear and green. The measurement was the most important part. Thank you so much for taking time to do that!!!!!!!

Found out the correct lock bag for my car is 10180888 in a clear bag, are the numbers RED or BLACK on the bag if anyone knows. Thanks! 95 LT1 Coupe

it's the clear bag with red writing (see bag in picture). PM if you need one. I have one.
