    Power steering bleeding

New p/s control valve + hoses, & system drained of fluid now --

Should the bleeding procedure steps be conducted first, followed by valve balancing? Or, valve balancing first, then bleeding? I've seen it ordered both ways; maybe it doesn't matter.

    Thanks in advance

No need to bleed. Just fill system, start engine, and turn wheels lock to lock a couple time. Stop engine, refill. and repeat. Then balance .
