Wondering if anyone knows the correct shock(s) part numbers for a 95 couple FE1 6speed car. I could not find it in the manual. Also, want to send my OE Bilsteins back to factory for rebuild but have heard you don't always get same shock back plus I wonder if they strip the finish and replace the stickers. I have emailed Bilstein but haven't gotten an answer yet. Also , where is the Julian date on the 95 C4 shocks? Thanks in advance!

Re: 1995 LT1 Coupe - Originality and having OE Bilstein shoks rebuilt
Thanks for the links and date code links. I have emailed Bilstein, I just want to make sure they wont strip the outer coating off and send back without correct exterior. I just want internals done to my shocks- no sending me shocks off the shelf. Has anyone used them before and how did the shocks look when performed. I have used them before for my track car so I didn't pay attention to exterior detail.- Top

The front shocks were GM #22064673 and the rears GM #22064674. However, these are SERVICE part numbers and may or may not be the same as the numbers actually stamped on the shocks. Regardless, the shocks would be the same as those originally installed on the car.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
