    C2 side cover insulator installation

I'm helping a friend install a new fiberglass side cover insulator. I found a couple of threads in this forum that recommended JB Weld.

Just wondering if anyone has tried anything else or is JB Weld still the recommended adhesive?

    Thanks,

    Don

What side cover ? Covering what ?
There are side covers on each side of the radio, etc..
There are covers on side pipes...

            Donald,

Did a set for a 66 yEARS ago and JB Weld worked and looked like the original material.

Messy but had to be careful and it worked.

Thanks JR. I'm a believer in JB Weld for lots of things, but it just didn't seem that it would work for this, but if you did it and it works, then I'll got with that.

              Thanks again,

              Don
