1961 FI top tank radiator clearance with hood.

Will a later 1961 hood clear the top tank radiator used on early 61 FI cars. doing frame off so body is not on frame yet so I can't take measurements. Looking for your experience. Jerry

I am pretty sure the answer is yes. If I recall, they took rhe top tank hood and just modified the existing framework with the center recess for the later 61 and 62 radiator with the center bracket.

John I got that photo years ago. I'm not sure who made it but yes a great reference.
