Did you say you have a Stingray or Stinger?

Does the name of Kia's new car, the "Stinger", bother anyone else? https://www.kia.com/us/en/vehicle/stinger/2018/overview

I wish it bothered GM enough to think ahead and preemptively trademark it.

The Mopar enthusiasts where really upset when Chrysler re-used the name Charger to build a 4 door car but Chrysler turned a deaf ear to it. At least Kia didn't use Stingray.

The ultimate rebadging insult occurred in the early 1990s when Mercedes-Benz trotted out a new and most inferior product labeled 300 SL.

Does not bother me one bit - take a look at it - it's a Kia. Looks like every other cookie cutter car out there - boring!!!

Not much chance of anyone confusing the two cars. Somehow Ferrari managed to survive when GM used the "GTO" label on a Pontiac.
