C1 Windshield Post
Am trying to help a friend with a C1 and have a question for you C1 experts. Are the window post assemblies 3762557 LH and 3762558 RH attached to the front doors interchangeable from 58 to 62?

Physically yes. However the posts have a serrated front edge until approximately VIN 9000 in 1961 after which they were smooth.

And the newer version had 2 holes drilled and tapped as the newer weatherstripping had tabs embedded in the weatherstripping for fastening it to the post, so the serrations were no longer needed.
They also eliminated two mounting holes in the later ones. Older version had a 5/16 bolt in the front - embedded behind the weatherstripping and the hole filled with resin. And one bolt near the front top inside of the door was eliminated and the post was not drilled for it, but the molded boss area was still there.

The '58 and older posts differs from '59-'60 (not sure about '61 - '62) specifically to the top portion and how weatherstrip attaches at top and front side.
