    67 deck lid adjustment

My 67 convertible deck lid squeaks/rattles in the front corner behind the passenger seat. The overall fit looks very good. Is there a way to adjust the lid to get rid of the squeak. ThanksNeal

The latch catch is adjustable up and down ward to tighten. Have you tried that?

Another thought. Take a peek under the closed Lid and make sure the Latch on the loose side is fully locking and is fully latched. It may have been damaged,...Open and inspect for proper operation and make sure its in the open position before closing again. Then you can open and adjust the striker down or up as needed.
Also check the wedges to make sure they are in their place (one on each side of the lid and one on each side of the Body. Their purpose is to align the lid but there are "as required" shims that to can be added to remove any play (sometimes) once the lid is flush and level with the body sides. A little lube on the wedges and strikers can help with squeaks.
