1960 antenna ground strap label (need source)

I am trying to find a source / vendor to buy the tag that goes on the antenna ground wire in the trunk area.
The tag is white with 2966484PE typed with gummed back.
Good photo for example (in '61-'62 TIMJG)

In Bob Baird Corvette Restoration book, he describes how he reproduced it himself on his printer. Apparently at the time, it was not available. I don't know if it is now.

I don't think that this is being judged per the current TIMJG however it could appear in the new one whenever it is released.
