Be careful of what you post on NCRS FB page. I put up a couple of old pictures of race cars and customs from the 70's and was "shamed" for posting pictures not representative of Top Flight Cars, so I quit that forum.

For those of us that don't use Facebook that won't work. I suspect there are many others that don't use it as well. I'll gladly share my videos if an easily accessible place is made available so all the subscribed DB members can view them.

Many of these old photos and video have been posted on the NCRS Facebook page, try that.

Sorry, I don't do Facebook but maybe one of the NCRS higher ups can start a new section on this site where it belongs. It certainly is part of the Corvette experience. JMO

First we wanted a FOR SALE/WANTED TO BUY & now this . Will it never end. LOL I would love to see pictures & stories of back in the day when Corvettes were mostly a hobby for us two three & four digit members. I have pictures of BG in the late 70"S & early 80'S.

Please use the thread up in Stickies to share your good old images if you want to.
In the mean time, ask your Regional Directors to suggest to the BoD to approve a forum dedicated to corvette nostalgia photos.

Don, thanks for cutting through the red tape! Is there an easy way to get the BoD's attention in this matter? A while back I tried to get their attention for something else and that request just seemed to go in circles.

if there is widespread desire by the membership that uses the DB for a dedicated Nostalgia forum, AND, as you say it does not fly outside the lines by the late night comedians with the snarky remarks, it just might get traction. One member asking for something usually doesn't amount to much. So, let's see if people put up good pictures, better than that old polaroid I kicked things off with, and it grows. I hope you put the photo above in the sticky thread.

THE TV show "Bitching Rides" did a restoration on one of the old GM bus like in the photo.
