Does anyone have a correct 1964 manual transmission mount that they can take the dimensions off of? I am particularly interested in the height measurement.

This question is not as easy as it might seem. First, the original 1964 transmission mount was GM #3792133. This mount was discontinued in July, 1974 and replaced by GM #3913498. Finding an NOS GM #3792133 is going to be tough inasmuch as it was discontinued 43 years ago.
A used 1964 mount is not really going to do much good as far the measurement you are interested in. That's because the rubber section on these mounts is hollow and compresses over time. So, a used mount will not measure the same as a new mount.In Appreciation of John Hinckley
