The judging reference manual states engine casting dates and assembly stamp dates typically falls in a 2-8 week time span prior to the car build date and accepts these dates up to 6 months prior to car build date without any deductions. But nothing is specifically stated for assembly stamp dates very close to car build date.
So does anyone know how judges would view an assembly date that is 2 or 3 days prior to the car build date? Would they view it differently on a low production high horsepower car compared to a base engine car?
Thanks for any comments.
