I am not aware of a downloadable version, but the AIMs are available from the NCRS store. Click the STORE drop-down at the top of the page.

I have no idea. Have you checked with the source of your 1965 AIM?

The only downloadable AIM that I was ever aware of is Russ Uzes 1957 AIM.

I never knew that the 1965 AIM was out there, but I doubt one exists for the 1973.

If you're thinking Wiring Diagrams, yes they're online.

Corvette American has been selling CDs of the AIMS for years. They are PDF files on a CD that were obtained by scanning pages of the various AIM documents, and some of the pages are not-so-good, but the PDF files are searchable, which can be a big help.
